The plaque alongside the highway says Freeway 280 near Serramonte Mall in Daly City as "The most beautiful freeway" award given to it. Daly City is also know to locals as "Little Manila" or "Fog City" for its cooling fog rolling off the Pacific Ocean on to this northern... read more
